Renaissance Place utilized 800 tons of steel to support construction of a 6-story, 180,000 square foot multi-use building in downtown Lafayette. The project included office space, condominiums, ground level retail space, and an attached parking garage. The combined end use of the building required a higher level of detail in the advance planning stages of the project. Construction took place in a congested area of downtown Lafayette and involved an entire city block. |
