Operating within a tightly compressed schedule, Lenex delivered. This project involved the first building in Duke's Parkwood West
Office Park. An 188,000 square foot structure utilizing 500 tons of structural steel, the project also involved joists, decks, and
miscellaneous steel for stairs and ladders.

required revisions while maintaining the overall project
