James Aller
General Manager
Miscellaneous Metals Dept.
I came to Indianapolis in 1999 to work on the Conseco Fieldhouse project after working for nearly three decades within the construction industry. It's exciting to be part of the new industry concept that moves beyond the old 'Red Iron' attitude to include a full product line and the ability to do exactly as you promised. I provide miscellaneous steel support for key structural projects working with Project Managers to meet client needs. Fabricated stairs, handrails and other miscellaneous steel are delivered simultaneously with the structural steel. The Miscellaneous Metals group also provides detailing, estimating and project management. |

Mark Phillips
Plant Manager
Structural Fabrication
I'm the one that oversees the day-to-day operations within our plant. That includes coordinating incoming material with released-to-fab drawings, scheduling the right number of shop hours for each project or sequence, and loading completed projects for timely delivery. As an experienced plant manager, I know what to watch for. And because we have some of the most highly automated fabrication equipment available - and an incredibly capable team - my job is even more fulfilling. I'm proud to help produce a product that our customers need when they need it. |
