I love providing solutions for our customers.
I think analytically and intuitively and act in the best interest of our customers and suppliers. I see my role as developing Lenex's talent, business strategy and overseeing production, sales, and customer service. I've held top management positions at an industrial / automotive contractor and at a steel fabricator / erector; both in Detroit and at an Indianapolis based steel fabricator. In 2003, I founded Lenex Steel because I thought there was a place for a steel fabricator who provides customers what they want. At Lenex, I am building a culture of pride and high expectation, and I demand excellence from us and for our customers. |

Tom Babcock
Vice President
Design-Build Services
I develop project budgets that are often based on conceptual designs. I work with engineers to implement new ideas, economize designs and facilitate ease of construction. I also attend design meetings and work with owners to coordinate design with other trades. I've worked for over 25 years in the industry as a structural steel detailer, estimator and manager on projects from the Sears Tower to powerhouses in Italy to office buildings in Dallas. I know what works, and I know the best way to do things. I also love to look at out of the box ideas. |

Amy Gallo, CPA
Director of Finance
On a daily basis, I oversee the finance, accounting, legal, human
resource and administrative functions of our company. As a big picture
thinker, I enjoy being a part of a team that is motivated, experienced
and driven towards providing superior service to our customers. I also
enjoy the challenge associated with creating and implementing cost
efficiencies that improve profitability for our company and our
clients. My previous work experience includes working as a Chief
Financial Officer for a diversified public holding company and as a
Controller with responsibilities that complement my role at Lenex.

Allen Hanavan
Risk Manager
Risk Management
After working in Steel Detailing and Project Management, I moved into Risk Management. Now I make sure that Lenex subcontractors work in a safe environment at our job sites. We audit erectors, inspect job sites and provide incentives to our safest suppliers. I also develop, maintain and review our employee safety programs. At Lenex, we're determined to be proactive in safety rather than just settling for being compliant. We want to set the benchmark in safety for our industry. Lenex is the only fabricator in the region with a
full-time safety officer.
