Indianapolis, IN (January 2008): Lenex President, Mike Berghoff, is a featured business entrepreneur in Incubicity’s regional business plan competition promotional video. Posted on YouTube, (www.youtube.com/watch?v=Od1E7WJ8yfo), the video outlines the Incubicity competition and includes motivational messages from business owners who have successfully taken their ideas to market.
Incubicity is an Indiana Venture Center initiative supported by a WIRED grant to promote entrepreneurial growth in 14 rural northern Indiana counties. Created to spur economic development in areas that rely on more traditional manufacturing and agricultural jobs, the competition encourages individuals with innovative business ideas to present their ideas in a regional elevator pitch competition. Winners who advance from the regional competitions have the opportunity to compete for a $25,000 top prize at the Summit to be held this May.
The YouTube video features Indiana business entrepreneurs giving advice on the importance of turning ideas into action. Through several featured vignettes, Mike Berghoff speaks to the commitment of believing in your idea and then moving it forward through implementation.
